Terms and Conditions

Palace on Wheels
Reservations and Payments:

  • 25% of total tour cost due at the time of booking
  • 75% of balance due at least 66 days prior to the departure date

Cancellation fees:

  • More than 92 days before departure: 10% of the total cost
  • Between 91 and 32 days before departure: 20% of the total cost
  • Less than 32 days before departure: 100% of the total cost

An additional 15% service fee will be charged by Boggo Tours against any refunds.

Cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing and allow our office to process them at least 3 days before the time frame noted above.

All refunds will be processed and received by our clients anywhere between 5 to 7 business days.

Maharajas’ Express
Reservations and Payments:

  • 30% of total tour cost due at the time of booking
  • 70% of balance due at least 75 days prior to the departure date

Cancellation fees:

  • More than 65 days before departure: 30% of the total cost
  • Between 64 and 50 days: before departure 50% of the total cost
  • Less than 49 days before departure: 100% of the total cost

An additional 15% service fee will be charged by Boggo Tours against any refunds.

Deccan Odyssey
Reservations and Payments:

  • 20% of total tour cost due at the time of booking
  • 80% of balance due at least 56 days prior to the departure date

Cancellation fees:

  • More than 61 days before departure: No cancellation fee
  • Between 61 and 47 days before departure: 20% of the total cost
  • Between 46 and 32 days before departure: 50% of the total cost
  • Less than 32 days before departure: 100% of the total cost

An additional 15% service fee will be charged by Boggo Tours against any refunds.

Renfe Trains
Reservations and Payments:

  • 40% of total tour cost due at the time of booking
  • 60% of balance due at least 35 days prior to the departure date

Cancellation fees:

  • 30 days before departure: 15% of the total cost
  • Between 30 and 15 days before departure: 25% of the total cost
  • Between 14 and 5 days before departure: 50% of the total cost
  • Between 4 and 1 day(s) before departure: 80% of the total cost
  • Cancellation less than 1 day before or no show on the day of departure: 100% of the total cost

Change in trip dates:

  • No charges if changed 125 days before the departure date
  • If changed between 125 and 35 days: 10% of the total cost
  • No changes are allowed on the date of the trip or less than 35 days before the departure date.

Change in passengers’ name:

  • The name of one of the two passengers travelling in a double room may be changed 10 days before the departure of the trip.
  • No name changes are allowed for both passengers travelling in a double room, or for the passenger travelling in single room. These changes will be considered as cancellations.

An additional 15% service fee will be charged by Boggo Tours against any refunds.

***Important information regarding Renfe and Indian Luxury Train Tours
In case the Train Tour Operator decides to cancel the scheduled train departure due to low occupancy or technical reasons, you will be informed in advance and will be refunded the full deposit that was paid for the booking. For Indian Luxury Train Tours, the refund will be processed according to the Reserve Bank of India (foreign exchange) rules with no further liability of Boggo Tours.

Globus Family of Brands
Reservations and Payments:

A $250 non-refundable, non-transferable, per-person, per-vacation deposit is required to reserve your space. Air arrangements may require an additional deposit as noted in the air-inclusive vacations sections below.

Final payment for your vacation is due 48 days prior to the date of services. Within the final payment date, payment in full is required at the time of booking to reserve space. Reservations (land, cruise, and air) are cancelled if final payment is not received by the due date; cancellation fees apply, as noted below.

Cancellation fees:

  • Between 47 and 24 days before departure: 20% of the total cost
  • Between 23 and 10 days before departure: 30% of the total cost
  • Between 9 and 3 days before departure: 50% of the total cost  
  • Cancellation less than 3 days before or no show on the day of departure: 100% of the total cost

An additional 15% service fee will be charged by Boggo Tours against any refunds.

Cancellations should be submitted in writing and allow our office to process them at least 3 days before the time frame noted above.

Airlines
The airlines charge a change fee of approximately $250.00 to $300.00 on most tickets. Airlines may charge additional fees and most tickets are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

An additional $50 service fee will be charged by Boggo Tours against any refunds.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and allow our office to process them at least 3 days before the time frame noted above.

All refunds will be processed and received by our clients anywhere between 5 to 7 business days.

All Other Hotels and Services
Boggo Tours deals with thousands of hotels and service providers, each with their own particular cancellation policy. Please check with our agent in regards to a particular hotel or service.

An additional 15% or $50 (whichever is higher) service fee will be charged by Boggo Tours against any refunds.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and allow our office to process them at least 3 days before the time frame noted above.

All refunds will be processed and received by our clients anywhere between 5 to 7 business days.

Prices and Exchange Rates
All of the Tour Prices are shown in US Dollars, unless explicitly indicated, and may change without any prior notice due to currency exchange rate fluctuations, seasonal price changes, or to cover the increased cost of taxes. 

All refunds will be calculated according to the exchange rate at the time of processing the refund.  

Boggo Tours reserves the right to add currency surcharge before accepting any deposit or payment for the tour.

Tours and Bookings
Boggo Tours is not the operator, but a seller, of the tours offered on our website (www.boggotours.com). The operator of the tour reserves the right to cancel your booking without assigning any reason for the cancellation. Boggo Tours is not responsible for any decisions made by the tour operator and cannot be held responsible for any of their decisions.

Travel Insurance and Visa
Boggo Tours is not liable for any damage, loss, or expense that you incur. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance cover from your country of domicile for injury, illness, death, accident, loss of effects or luggage, and holiday cancellation.

Boggo Tours does not provide visa services and you are fully responsible for making your own visa arrangements.
